Well presented and recently renovated property with PROFESSIONAL employees at the reception desk. Good food choice at the continental breakfast.

Tidy and absolutely fantastic room, a shower and corner shower in the room. A huge variety of great items for packed breakfast. Very central location and walk from a bus stop. The hotel walk from an oceanarium and a zoo.

Beds were too short.

Super base for discovering Melbourne with wonderful staff in the service and friendliness. A wide range of food at the packed breakfast. Tidy and fantastic rooms, particularly good view. Marvellous and fab location, walk from an oceanarium and a zoo. Only 10 minutes walking to downtown.

The position was marvellous and stunning, an oceanarium and a zoo are walk from the hotel. Had impressive standard queen room with the shower, the bedside table and a single bed squeezed in.

Reasonably priced and neat place with competent staff in the service and friendliness. Comfortable and perfect location close to Cbd. Also - just off catch tram, the Kingsgate and restaurant.

The hotel was newly renovated and clean with great wi-fi. Everything was great, nonetheless a few employees where rather noisy. The breakfasts were above average and incredibly nice, always with variety of meals.

The room had awful views.

The hotel was recently refurbished and clean, with great and kind staff at the reception desk. The location was marvellous and fantastic, just a short walk away from Crown Melbourne Casino. Furthermore, directly next door to a vegetarian Indian restaurant with amazing food😀

Overall it exceeded all expectations and I would book again. This is surely the best old-fashioned hotel, really good stuff, compact rooms. The location is great, not very far from Docklands Stadium. The room is well priced.

The staff at Ibis Styles were absolutely amazing. They were friendly, helpful, and always on point. I was greeted with a warm welcome and any request I had, they were quick to assist me. Their excellent service truly made my stay enjoyable. Additionally, the location of the hotel was fantastic. It was conveniently near Southern Cross and Flinders Street stations, with connecting trams just a short distance away. Getting around the city was a breeze. The rooms, though small, were clean and provided a quiet space for rest. For business stays, this hotel is ideal.

It was fairly clean with kind and very obliging staff at the reception desk. The stay for my last night in Melbourne certainly was good value.

I greatly enjoyed English decor of the twin room. Fairly friendly and unfailingly polite staff was available all the time. Had particularly good and perfect location close to good eating places, next door to observations deck.

Awesome location in the good area, next to Melbourne by train from Adelaide so the Kingsgate was close to Southern Cross Railway Station, Melbourne CBD and Very close to Southern Cross Station.

The location marvellous and stunning close to everthing. Exceptional & reasonably spacious room with good facilities.
